Returns & Exchange

Return Exchange and Alteration Policy

A note before you order

At Sajjiva, every piece begins with intention and is brought to life through a made to order process.
Our designs form part of our core collections, but each garment is stitched individually, guided by the measurements, fit requirements, and details shared at the time of order. This approach allows us to preserve the integrity of our designs while ensuring that each piece fits and feels right for the person it is made for.
This process is what sets our garments apart from mass produced clothing. It also means that once an order is confirmed and work begins, the garment is created specifically to the provided specifications and cannot be resold or reused.

Returns and exchanges
Because every Sajjiva garment is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. This applies to all made to order, customised, altered, discounted, and sale pieces.
We request customers to review measurements, design selections, and order details carefully before placing an order. Once confirmed, the order is treated as final.

Fit and alteration support
We understand that fit is personal, and that purchasing made to order garments online requires trust.
If a garment does not fit as intended, we are happy to support you with necessary alterations.
Where required and feasible, the piece may be adjusted and shipped again after alterations. This support is offered once and is reviewed by our team to ensure the best possible outcome.
Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our garments and the natural behaviour of fabrics. These variations are considered part of the process and not defects.

Quality concerns or incorrect orders
Each Sajjiva garment undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a garment with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customercare@sajjiva.com.
Kindly share your order number along with clear images of the concern so our team can review the matter thoroughly. Based on this review, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include repair, alteration, or replacement. Issues arising from normal wear and tear, improper handling, or post delivery use are not
considered manufacturing defects.

Colours and craftsmanship
While we take every effort to present our garments accurately, slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our work. These differences are natural and do not qualify as defects.

Order timelines
To ensure timely production, measurements and required order details must be shared within six months of order confirmation. Orders for which details are not received within this period will be considered closed and non refundable.

We are here to help
We believe in thoughtful craftsmanship, clear communication, and long term trust. If you need guidance before placing an order or assistance after receiving your garment, our team is always available to help.
