At Sajjiva, every order is carefully prepared and shipped with the same attention that goes into making the garment itself. We ship both within India and internationally, working with reliable courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Shipping options are automatically assigned at checkout based on your delivery location and order details, so you receive the most suitable service for your region.

Delivery timelines
As Sajjiva follows a made-to-order process, production timelines vary depending on the category and complexity of the garment.
Unless otherwise mentioned on the product page, the standard timelines are as follows:
• Made-to-order garments: Up to 8 to 10 weeks for dispatch from the date of order
• Accessories, if applicable: Timelines will be mentioned on the respective product
pages
Please note that these timelines reflect production and dispatch. Delivery time after dispatch may vary depending on your location.
We will keep you informed once your order is dispatched along with tracking details.
Shipping charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
• Shipping within India: Complimentary
• International shipping: Charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout
Any complimentary shipping benefits are limited to standard delivery services. Additional costs for special requests such as express shipping will be communicated separately.
Express shipping
If you require your order on priority, you may write to us at customercare@sajjiva.com to request express shipping. Availability and additional charges will be communicated after reviewing your request.
Please note that express shipping affects transit time only and does not reduce production timelines.
Cash on Delivery
At present, we do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid at the time of checkout.
Taxes and duties For customers within India, product prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes.
For international orders, shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means that product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in the destination country. Any such charges must be paid by the recipient at the time of delivery to clear the shipment.
Delays beyond our control
While we make every effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include customs clearance processes, courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, regulatory issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Sajjiva is not responsible for delays caused by such external factors, but we will always assist you with updates and coordination wherever possible.

• Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched
• A signature may be required upon delivery
